To transfer ownership of an account, the primary email address needs to be changed. Afterwards, the username and other settings can also be changed.
The process for transferring ownership depends on whether the email address you want to transfer ownership to already exists in Lomavis or not.
In this case, you can simply add the email address as a new primary email in the account. After you confirm the new email address, it can be selected as the primary, and you can delete the current email address.
In this case, there are two possible ways:
If another team member is already registered in Lomavis with that email address, you can delete that team member in user management, making the email address available again to use as the primary email address. Once it's free, you can follow the steps mentioned in the first section.
Another option is to change the email address of the existing team member. The user can update their email address in the account settings, which will make the desired email address available to link as the primary email in the main account. Once the email address is free, you can proceed as explained in the first section.
