Facebook lets you set permissions for apps like Lomavis individually. To check if Lomavis has access, do the following:
Make sure your personal Facebook account is selected at the top right. If you're currently acting as a page, switch to your Facebook account.
Open the following link to get to the Business Integrations: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
Click on "Edit" in the Lomavis row to open the permissions.
Make sure for all permissions the page you want is turned on and/or the switch is enabled.
