Instagram accounts can only be connected to Lomavis if they're linked to a Facebook Page. This article shows you what steps you need to take.

To connect an Instagram account with a Facebook Page, the Facebook account you're using needs to have the Admin role in Page management and in Business Manager.

To connect and confirm an Instagram account with a Facebook page, open the Facebook page you want and follow these steps:
Open the Facebook page (You can get a list here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/?category=your_pages)
Switch to the business page
Open settings in the left menu
Open the 'Linked Accounts' item in the left menu
If you already have an Instagram account linked, check if the connection needs to be confirmed. If that's the case, go ahead and confirm it.
If you already have an Instagram account linked, check that all permissions for the connection are allowed.
If you don't have an Instagram account connected yet, connect your Instagram account and follow the steps that appear.
Facebook lets you set permissions for apps like Lomavis individually. To check if Lomavis has access, do the following:
Make sure your personal Facebook account is selected in the top right. If youโre currently using a Page role, switch back to your Facebook account.
Open the following link to access the business integrations: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
Click on "Edit" next to Lomavis to open the permissions.
Make sure that for all permissions, the Facebook Page and Instagram account are activated and/or the switch is turned on.
