According to Facebook's Terms of Service, accounts are always tied to a single person. However, this person can create and manage Facebook Pages for businesses. To connect these pages with Lomavis, you have to log in with your personal account. After logging in, you can select the page you want. If the page isn't listed, just follow the next steps to fix the problem.
With Lomavis, you can only connect Facebook Pages. If the Facebook Page you want doesn't show up during the connection process, first check this link to see if the page is listed under your pages: https://www.facebook.com/pages/?category=your_pages
If the page isn't listed, you can create a new page at this link: https://www.facebook.com/pages/creation/
Note: If there isn’t any page listed in your Facebook account and you haven't successfully connected any Facebook page yet, please remove Lomavis as an app from Facebook using this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
To connect Facebook pages, it's recommended that your Facebook account has the Admin role for page management. To check, open the Facebook page you want and follow these steps:
1. Switch to the business profile
2. Go to the settings in the left menu
3. Open the “Page setup” item in the left menu
4. Open the “Page access” item
5. Check that your Facebook account is added as an Admin of the page and that you’ve accepted the invite. If the role isn't Admin, ask an admin to update your permissions
Facebook lets you set app permissions for things like Lomavis specifically. To check if Lomavis has access, here’s what you do:
Make sure your personal Facebook account is selected in the top right. If you’re currently acting as a Page, switch to your Facebook account.

Click “Edit” in the Lomavis row to open the permissions.
Make sure the page you want is selected for all permissions and/or the switch is turned on.
