Approve shared posts / Make approved posts available for partners

Approve content submitted for approval:

Via the preview image:

1. Content > Approval

2. Hover mouse over the post you want and click Approve/Reject to select

3. In the editor window, click Approve to confirm

4. The draft now moves to the section Content > Published and can be used by partners

Via edit mode:

1. Content > Approval

2. Hover mouse over the post you want and click Edit to select

3. You can now publish this post in different ways:

   a) Clicking Publish now moves the post to the section Content > Published and it can be shared by partners

   b) Approve the post via:

   1. Click Approve to confirm

   2. The draft now moves to the section Content > Published and can be used by partners

ATTENTION: it's enough if just one person approves the release of a post.
