Hover over the post preview and click Edit
At the bottom in the Creator press …
Select Use this post as a template. The draft content will now be copied into a new post and can be edited as you like
The newly created post can now
a. be saved as a draft (Publish now 🔽 > Save as draft),
b. be saved and submitted for approval (Publish now 🔽 > Submit for approval)
c. be made available to external members, a specific contact list, with a notification in the cloud (Publish now 🔽 > Provide with notification)
d. or be made instantly available to your partners in the cloud (Publish now)
