Depending on the platform, it differs whether the platform makes it possible to synchronize the read status of direct messages.
The read status on Lomavis cannot be synchronized to Facebook and Instagram due to platform restrictions. However, replying to an Instagram message will result in the conversation being marked as read in Instagram messaging and in Facebook's Business Manager.
