The Lomavis guest access makes it easy to work together with people outside your internal marketing team – like clients, partners or external team members. It’s a simplified access to Lomavis Cockpits (not Share), where you can specifically decide which profile groups and content an invited guest can access.

Limited access: Guests can only see and use the profile groups shared with them in the cockpits.
Individual permissions: When inviting, the internal team decides which permissions apply.
Guest access only: Guests don’t have internal Lomavis access, only guest access.

The invitation will be sent through the User management and you'll get it via email.
Open the invitation email.
Click on “Join team”.
You’ll be redirected to Lomavis account creation.

Just follow the steps to set up your guest account:
Enter name
Enter email address to sign up
Set password
Click on "Create account"
After that, your guest access will be automatically linked to the profile groups and permissions that are enabled for you.

Once you’re set up, you can log in to Lomavis right away and access your shared areas.
Accepting the invitation works the same on your phone as it does on your desktop:
Open the invitation on your phone.
Follow the setup process.
Then log into the Lomavis App with your access data too.

Guest access is only available for Cockpits, not for Lomavis Share.
Invitation and account creation happen via an email invite.
Access is possible from both desktop and the app.
