In the Lomavis Inbox you've got a bunch of features to help you organize conversations effectively. These options help you keep track of everything, streamline your workflow, and make teamwork better.
Conversation management optionsClick on the "Information" icon all the way to the right of a selected message to use these management options:
TagsRead / Unread: Mark messages to make editing status visible.
Favorite: Highlight important conversations.
Status:
Open: Conversation is still being processed.
Closed: Conversation is completed and considered done.
Spam: If a message is marked as spam, it won't show up in your notification list anymore. You won't get any more alerts about this conversation.
Priority:
Low, Medium or High – to help sort out the urgency.
Internal rating: Use emojis to rate how you handled the message inside your team and to estimate the effort.
Assign to Team MembersAssign a conversation to a specific team member, who will then be responsible for handling it. You can easily assign using a dropdown menu.
Labels for better organizationCreate custom labels to tag messages by topic or process. That way, you can filter or sort them later.
Notes for internal communicationAt the bottom of the conversation you’ll find the section “Notes”. Here, you can add internal details for your team—like extra info, tips, or handovers.
Conversation statisticsGet insight into key communication metrics:
Number of sent messages and replies per sender
Saved notes
Average, longest and shortest response time
These values help you assess service quality and improve your processes.
Tip: Use the admin functions regularly to prioritize conversations, make teamwork more efficient, and keep an eye on your response times.
