You can reach your Inbox in two ways:
Directly in a profile group via the left menu bar
Across profile groups through the dropdown menu in the Lomavis Cockpit
In the cross-group view, you can easily filter all notifications by profile group to work more specifically.
Select message
Pick the conversation you want from your inbox. Right away, you’ll see who sent it and which platform it came through.
Write a reply
Type your response right into the text field. You can also use emojis to make your reply more personal.
Send message
Click “Send” to send your reply straight to the customer.
Whether you can like incoming comments directly in Lomavis depends on what each platform supports:
YouTube
A clickable heart icon will show up below the comment. Just one click is all you need to give a like.
· All other platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
If a direct like isn’t possible, you’ll find to the right of the comment a link to the original source. With this, you’ll go straight to the platform so you can interact there.
