Hover your mouse over the post you want
Select Approve/Reject
In the editing window, click on 👎 Reject
The post will now be saved as a draft and the editors will be notified about the rejection by email.
Alternatively, the post will also be moved back to Drafts if you click Save changes > Save as draft . Here you can also make changes right away and edit the post just the way you want.
