To control when your post goes live, you have a few scheduling options:
Schedule post:Under Scheduling you can set a publish date and time.
Pick one date for all platforms or set individual times for each platform.
Recurring post (repeats):For recurring posts you can set a date range and a time.
Also set the repetition frequency (e.g., daily, weekly).
Optional: publication delay per platform can be enabled.
Planning tools:Use the Instagram feed preview to check the appearance.
Check the calendar of scheduled posts to avoid schedule clashes.
Choose from different ways to save or publish your post:
Publish now
➝ The post will be published right away on the selected platforms.
Save as draft
➝ Post stays in the Drafts area and you can edit it later.
Submit for approval
➝ Post will be sent to previously defined people to get approval.
Publish with Engagement Booster
➝ The post will be published and at the same time sent via email to your own contact lists, to boost engagement.
Schedule publication
➝ Post will be automatically published at the time you want and shows up in the Published area.
