With just a few steps, you can easily create content in Lomavis and publish it on several platforms at once. Below, we'll show you how it works.
Choose post typeClick on “Content” in the menu and then on “+ Create”.
Choose whether you want to create a social media post (newsfeed) or a gallery image (permanently in the profile’s media gallery).
Choose platforms and formatEnable the platforms where you want your post to be published.
Depending on the platform, you can pick the right format:
Instagram / Facebook: Post, Story or Reel
YouTube: Short or regular video
Set text contentChoose if you want to use one text for all platforms or if you want to enter separate texts for each channel.
You can also get help from our AI with writing your text if you want. Just click on AI Assistant and you can change your current text or have a totally new one created just how you like it.
Add mediaYou can upload up to 10 media files – either straight from your computer or from your library.
File sizes and formats:
Image: max. 20 MB
Video: max. 300 MB, format: MP4
YouTube Shorts: max. 100 MB, max. 60 seconds, format: MP4
Choose if you want to use shared media for several platforms or media for each platform individually.
Edit mediaThe editing tool opens automatically after uploading. There you can:
Crop images, adjust color and brightness settings
Add filters, notes, stickers
Blur parts of an image
Create frames or adjust video lengths
Set the ideal aspect ratio for every platform or manually adjust the crop.
Save the settings per platform.
Optionally, you can also edit media with Canva and upload directly to Lomavis.
Set a thumbnail for videosYou have two options:
Select an image from the video
Upload your own thumbnail (e.g. from the desktop)
Set up additional optionsDepending on the platform, you can add more details:
Facebook: Tag location
Instagram: Tag location, co-author or user
YouTube: Title, tags, category, publishing status
Google My Business: Call-to-action button with link
Pinterest: Board, folder, title, pin format, link
Also, on all platforms (except X), you can write a first comment.
Plan publicationPick a date and time for the publication
Decide if a shared publication date should apply to all platforms, or if you want individual times
Use the series post feature to schedule recurring posts with intervals and time delays.
Tip: Use the Instagram feed preview and the editorial calendar to get your timing just right for your posts.
Save or publish postUnder the “Save as draft” button, you’ll find different options:
Publish now: The post goes live right away
Save as draft: Post stays in the Drafts area so you can keep editing
Save for approval: Post will be sent for internal review
Publish now and set up Engagement Booster: Automatically send emails to selected contacts to boost your reach
Schedule post: Post will go live automatically at the set time
Tip to wrap it upWith the bulk upload feature, you can import and schedule multiple posts at once using a CSV file. Just download our template and fill it in with your data.
